Arrived to the home, client states there is a leak from the upstairs down to the first floor ceiling. There is a little bubble in the ceiling with a small bathroom group above. I advised to the client to have us cut open the ceiling to further diagnose the issue. Once the ceiling was open, I can not see any plumbing but I do know there is a vanity close to the spot. I ran water and flushed the toilet. After running water in the vanity i noticed a drip from the wide spread lav faucet. That drip has been going on for a while and it appears that that is the source of the water stain. There is also an illegal electrical box under the vanity that is not up to code. I advised to the client to have us replace the vanity. Will give a quote for the work to be completed.
Arrived to the home, client attempted to replace their vanity but the newer vanity has a drawer under neither and the drain is very shallow and the existing tubular trap will not work, client had already installed the faucet we we arrived. I first was going to raise the trap arm up and install a vent but the teewye would be to high. I next decided to install a shallower p trap to make up the difference. Drilled vanity to the studs. Supplied and installed new 1 1/4 shallow trap and supply lines. Secured all my connections and pressure tested the vanity to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked vanity for client as well. *Full warranty on everything supplied by MyGuy Plumbing, labor warranty only on customer supplied vanity and faucet.
Arrived to the home, client has a tub spout that is not properly diverting the water from the spout to the showerhead. The finish is oil rubbed bronze, and the brand is Moen Eva I have reached out to supply houses for this tub spout and the part will need to be ordered. I explained to the client of this issue and they are aware and fully understand. I have accepted a small deposit to order the part from our warehouse and to get the client on the schedule. We will reach out to client once the part is in to schedule their next appointment.
Arrived to the home, customer states no water pressure on the cold side of there existing faucet. I first determined if the aerator was clogged which it was not. I next looked under the kitchen sink and discovered that the plumbing in the home is very new, with all quarter turn valves under the kitchen sink. The cold valve was completely off resulting in not having any cold after coming from the faucet. I turned the valve on and everything is now back to normal. I checked for any leaks under the sink and there are no leaks at this time. *Customer will need a hard copy of the invoice mailed to their home.
Arrived on site to complete installation of garbage disposal and hot side shutoff valves. After garbage disposal was installed and shutoff valves. MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should. There is no outlet for the garbage disposal to be plugged in. Customer will be getting electrician to come out and add one.
Customer was having sewer problems again today we found out that the sewer line has a root growing through it through the bottom it will need a repair done at the crawlspace wall and outside
Arrived on site and client stated they got a fork stuck in a garbage disposal. Upon inspection it appeared there was more than a fork in the disposal. There also appeared to be a baby bottle cap in the disposal. Client would not like to move forward with any work at this time. Collected the Visual diagnostic for today.
Arrived on site on possible warranty call. Client stated the trap popped off and put it back together but wanted to be sure that it was still good. Replaced the gasket upon customer’s request and tested the drain for any leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak under there kitchen sink. After inspecting we found that just the basket strainer was leaking, MyGuy plumbing also noticed customer has a saddle valve, MyGuy plumbing gave customer options rectify all issues. For today customer would just like to have basket strainer replaced, after all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should

Sewer problem in the basement of the orthopedic office sewer line had no cap and was backing up snaked multiple times and line open found a shifted pipe 6 ft deep need to be dug up and spot repair
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a 20 year old water heater that they are looking to preemptively replace before a leak occurs. Gave options on 75 gal gas power vent water heater vs. 50 gal powervent with tank booster. Customer would like to get another estimate before making a decision but will be making a decision in the next couple days.
We will return tomorrow to snake main line.
