Arrived on site customer stated that the toilet was leaking. After inspecting we found that the bidet seat is leaking. It is leaking from the connection where the bidet meets the fill valve. After inspecting we found that the washer in the bidet seat was no good. Myguy plumbing replaced washer as a one time courtesy. If issue happens again customer will need to get a new bidet seat.
Arrived on site to jet the kitchen drain. Client has a small section of galvanized piping from under the kitchen sink to where it goes to the crawlspace. Clog was most likely in that one section of galvanized piping. Advised client to eventually get that cut out and replace with pvc. Today I was able to restore flow to the kitchen sink and when done I tested the work by filling and dumping the sink with hot water.
Customer stated that their toilet was running also they they can’t get the existing hose off the spicket. After inspecting we found that toilet runs due to the fill valve not shutting off, also the valve for the hose spicket was in the sheet rock, due to the age of the hose spicket, myguy plumbing recommended replacing spicket, customer would like to move forward with all work. After work was completed, myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a water main break and their water is off. Upon inspection found that the break was located near the fence. Gave options on spot repair vs. full line replacement and customer would like to move forward with a spot repair. Dug down approximately 4-5’ located a kink and a break in the line cut out section of kink and leak and installed a repair coupling. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and 5ere appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Arrived on site today to complete job. After myguy plumbing installed sink and faucet, myguy plumbing turned the water on and tested for leaks. There are no leaks with the faucet or sink. Myguy plumbing also performed a minor rebuild on the upstairs toilet. After all work was completed myguy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time everything appears to be working as should no issues.
Hardness 6 PH 7.6 Chlorine .5ppm Arrived to the home, customer has a new fridge that they have installed and would like us to install an ice maker shut off valve and run new tubing for it in the crawlspace. I went into the crawlspace and discovered a leaking drain from the kitchen. I provided option for the repairs and the client would like to go through with the work quoted. Drilled hole through kitchen to run the new line. Turned off water to the home and drained the system. Supplied and installed new shut off valves under kitchen sink one for faucet and the other is the ice maker. Secured those connections and turned the home back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Connected tubing and purged the system and fridge of air. Cut out broken drain line in crawlspace. Supplied and installed new pvc pipe and fittings. Secured those connections and ran water to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.

Arrived on site client stated that his home is backing up again. Clients only cleanout was in the crawlspace. After snaking we found a root penetration in the line. Cleared the line and multiple objects that were getting caught on the roots. The spot that needs to be dug up is only 3ft deep and in the backyard. Left estimates to dig it up and add a two way cleanout.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had no hot water. After inspecting customer has a 15 year old water heater. After inspecting myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace water Heater, customer will contact myguy plumbing when they decide if they would like to move forward. For today visual diagnostic was collected
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leaking water heater. Gave options and customer stated that they had other quotes that were cheaper and want to move forward with them. Collected payment.
Arrived on site to winterize outdoor shower. Went in the crawlspace and turned off both valves for outdoor shower. Opened boilers drains, removed shower head and removed drain plug. Hooked up compressor to ensure there was no more water left in the shower.
Arrived on site client stated her tub would back up when using the kitchen. Upon inspection in the home I found that the client needs a minor rebuild on the toilet, the shower diverter doesn’t have an insert for the tub spout, the main shutoff valve is a sharkbite ball valve and she needs a new sink with new drainage underneath the sink. Gave options for all and client stated her biggest concern for today was to unclog the tub so she could use her kitchen sink and shower again. Today I unclogged the tub through the kitchen sink and replaced both hot and cold valves for the kitchen sink along with new faucet supplies and studor vent as courtesy. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. There are no leaks and the tub no longer backs up when using the kitchen sink.
